Boost Your Protein Intake with a Delicious Sesame Chicken

    • Seasonings:

      • Chili Powder

      • Ginger Powder

      • Cumin

      • Sesame Oil

      • Garlic

    • Main Ingredients:

      • 18 oz chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

      • 300g cooked rice

      • 2 cups mixed veggies

      • 2 servings of cornstarch

    • Sauce:

      • Honey

      • Sriracha

      • Soy Saucext goes here

Instructions:

This recipe is very easy and here is how to cook it:

  1. Prepare the Chicken:

    • In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients (chili powder, ginger powder, cumin) and cornstarch with the chicken pieces.

  2. Cook the Chicken:

    • Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add sesame oil. Pan sear the seasoned chicken until fully cooked.

  3. Make the Sauce:

    • Reduce the burner to low and add honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and minced garlic to the pan with the chicken. Let it simmer while stirring occasionally to coat the chicken thoroughly.

  4. Prepare Rice and Veggies:

    • In another pan, warm up the cooked rice and mixed veggies.

  5. Combine and Serve:

    • Once the chicken is fully covered and mixed with the sesame sauce, plate the rice and veggies. Top with the sesame chicken and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
